For optimal adhesion:

• clean the surface thoroughly;
• allow it to dry completely;
• apply the name sticker and press it down firmly for a few seconds;
• wait 24 hours before washing or cleaning the product for the first time.

Our name stickers are made with a high-quality adhesive, so they stay firmly in place for a long time.

To make it easier to remove the name sticker from the sticker sheet, we recommend the following:

• gently bend the sticker sheet;
• carefully lift a corner of the name sticker with your fingernail;
• do not use a sharp object, as this could damage the name sticker.

Once the name sticker has been applied and pressed down firmly, it usually cannot be repositioned. Removing the name sticker will significantly reduce its adhesive strength.

Yes. Our name stickers adhere very well to stainless steel water bottles, provided the surface is clean, dry and smooth.

For optimal adhesion, apply the name sticker to the water bottle and press it down firmly for a few seconds. Then wait approximately 24 hours before using or washing the water bottle for the first time.

After this, our name stickers are suitable for everyday use and can be safely washed in the dishwasher under normal conditions.

No. Our name stickers are designed for smooth, clean and hard surfaces.

They do not adhere well to silicone, fabric, flexible surfaces or heavily textured materials.

For labelling clothing, we recommend our stick-on clothing labels (to be applied to the care label) or our iron-on labels. These are specially designed for textiles.

The adhesion of a name sticker mainly depends on the material it is applied to.

Porous, rough, flexible or heavily textured surfaces, as well as materials with a non-stick coating, provide less adhesion than smooth, hard surfaces.

Always make sure the surface is thoroughly clean and dry before applying the name sticker. Then press the name sticker down firmly for a few seconds. For the best adhesion, we recommend waiting approximately 24 hours before washing or cleaning the product for the first time.

Our stick-on clothing labels should only be applied to the care label or brand label of a garment, and not directly onto the fabric.

After applying the label, it is important to wait at least 24 hours before washing or tumble drying the garment for the first time. This gives the adhesive enough time to bond properly.

Our name stickers are designed to provide excellent adhesion, but they can also be removed if necessary. Depending on the surface, they can usually be removed without leaving any adhesive residue.

If a small amount of adhesive does remain, you can easily remove it with warm water and soap or a suitable cleaning product for the surface in question.

To prevent damage, we recommend peeling the name sticker off slowly and avoiding the use of metal or abrasive objects.

This is usually because the iron temperature was too low or the iron-on label was not applied for long enough.

We recommend carefully following the instructions provided with your order.

The result of the clothing stamp mainly depends on the type of fabric.

You’ll get the best print on light-coloured, smooth and tightly woven fabrics, such as cotton.

On dark, very thick, fleece-like or heavily textured fabrics, the print may be less sharp or less visible.

Want to label these types of clothing? Our iron-on labels are usually a better choice.

Check that:

• the cap is screwed on properly;
• the sealing ring is correctly positioned;
• there is no dirt or food residue around the closure.

Yes. Depending on the amount of liquid in the bottle and the position of the straw, you may hear a slight sucking or air noise while drinking.

This is completely normal and does not affect the function or leak-proof performance of the water bottle.

If you also notice that the water bottle is leaking or that it is difficult to drink from, check that the straw and cap are positioned correctly.

For optimal hygiene, we recommend cleaning the straw regularly after use.

You can rinse the straw with warm water and a little washing-up liquid. To clean the inside of the straw, you can use our special cleaning brush.

Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling the water bottle.

The sealing ring can sometimes come loose during cleaning.

Carefully place the sealing ring back into the groove provided and check that it sits securely around the entire edge of the cap.

If the sealing ring is not positioned correctly, the water bottle may leak.

Controleer of: Check that:

• the lid is properly aligned;
• there is no food or food residue caught in the closure;
• the sealing ring is clean.

The readability of the engraving depends on the colour of the SOS wristband you choose. With lighter colours, such as yellow or certain pastel shades, the contrast is naturally lower than with darker colours.

The engraving is applied directly to the silicone, without ink or paint. This means the engraving remains looking good for a long time, although its visibility may vary depending on the colour.

Want the engraving to be as easy to read as possible? Choose a two-tone SOS wristband or a colour with a higher contrast.

The readability depends on the contrast between the colour of the SOS wristband and the engraving.

Two-tone SOS wristbands generally offer the best contrast and are therefore the easiest to read.

Light colours, such as yellow or certain pastel shades, result in a more subtle engraving. Is maximum readability important to you? Choose a dark colour or a two-tone SOS wristband.

Yes. Our SOS wristbands are made from water-resistant silicone and are designed to accompany children during all their activities.

They can be worn in the swimming pool, at the beach or in the shower without any problems. The engraving remains clearly visible.

After use in salt water or chlorinated water, we recommend rinsing the SOS wristband with clean water. This will help keep it looking good for longer.
