Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) via Trengo
Our customer service may be handled using Trengo, a platform that integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) functionality.
This means that personal data such as your name, email address, and the content of your communications (for example, chat messages) may be processed by AI models, such as those from OpenAI, to improve the efficiency and quality of our support.
The data shared may include:
- Name
- Email address
- Message content (for example, customer service chats)
These data are used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Automating and improving customer service processes
- Analysing customer queries to enhance our support quality
- Improving AI models, in compliance with applicable data protection laws
International data transfer:
Some AI providers (such as OpenAI) are based outside the UK/EEA. In such cases, we use approved Standard Contractual Clauses and UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) to ensure that your data is handled securely.
We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similar significant effects.

All application data is securely stored on UK-based servers and deleted six months after the recruitment campaign ends.
