Next time there is a sunny weekend and you have the BBQ on the go, why not try out this fun dessert idea.
Simply get some bananas, enough for one each.
Slice the bananas in half length ways, but not all the way through, leave the bottom of the skin intact.
Open the banana up a little and poke in a handful of chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
Wrap it in foil and rest on the hot coals.
Leave for about 10 minutes and take off when the chocolate chips and marshmallows have melted to a gooey consistency.
