Thanks very much! They arrived this afternoon with our normal post. I'm very pleased with the labels and the tags that were much smaller than I expected but perfect for the job! I will definitely buy from you again and recommend to others. I'm also very impressed that you took a paypal payment - not many retailers accept paypal so this was very helpful. I only placed the above order (for 2 sets of labels) yesterday after lunch and I was amazed to find the labels had arrived this morning by first class post. Your name labels are always a Godsend when we go skiing! Helmets, skis, poles and boots all get labelled so there's no confusion in the boot room! Totally waterproof too. Thanks for such a great service!

Just wanted to let you know I have received my order that I placed on 3rd September, the postage date was 8th September and I received yesterday 26th September, thanks to the postal disputes! I wanted to thank all the staff who have been so helpful and courteous in trying to get more labels out to me. I have telephoned three times and each person I have spoken to has been very courteous and helpful. I'm sure there has been much pressure on you with the postal dispute but you have been great and I will definitely be buying my labels from you in the future!

Just to say thank you very much for the super fast order I received today (Tuesday), which I only ordered on Saturday evening. The quality of the labels is excellent. Despite the website warning that goods could take 3 weeks (due to personalised bag), they arrived within one week. Very good quality - delighted and will be ordering again, thank you.

Just wanted to let you know that I received the labels March 27, they were here in just four days. I used them and did my first laundry with the labels on and they are AMAZING!!!! Absolutely fabulous !!!! I was a little skeptical about washing the clothes with the labels on thinking they might come off but no, they are on and look great. Thank you so much.
